Formerly known as Starfish, MAIA is the national philanthropy of Pi Lambda Chi Latina Sorority, Inc.

The mission of MAIA is to unlock and maximize the potential of young women to lead transformational change. The goal of MAIA is to create truly meaningful and long-lasting change. The vision is empowerment, equality and opportunity for all.
